Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime—your cancellation takes effect at the start of your next billing period. Lifetime and annual plans include a one-week refund window if you change your mind. We're committed to transparency and want you to feel confident in your choice.
Are events included in my membership?
Events are charged separately. Members get advance reservation rights. Spots are limited to keep an intimate and personal experience.
How do I partner discounts work?
Partner discounts are shown at the point of service. Simply present proof of an active membership to redeem your discount.
How do club subsidies work?
Subsidies are allocated on a per-club basis. The more active paid members a club has, the greater the subsidies available.
