We wished we had this So we're building it
Where connection leads to opportunity, where wellbeing is part of the deal, and where you show up as yourself
Everyone knows you need to build your network before you need it
But most networking events feel like work—so people don't go. Their network stays small and they miss out on opportunities
Us? A place where building your network doesn't feel like networking. Where wellbeing and career development happen together, and opportunities come from real relationships.

Every opportunity I've had came from connection. Never from an application.
My career confirms it. Growth came from shared work, earned trust, and showing up for others. The resume was secondary. The relationships weren’t.
But I learned what real connection looks like long before that. In the mountains, through alpinism—where you find out who you can count on when it matters, and what you're capable of when people believe in you. Where trust isn't something you talk about, it's something you live.
And before that, traveling across countries, living in remote villages, learning languages, building houses with people whose names I still remember. Eating meals at tables where I was the only outsider, but never felt like one. That's where I first understood what it means to build relationships that matter.
What if you walked into a room and actually wanted to be there?
What if building your network actually made you energized—not drained?
What if the people in your corner were people you actually enjoyed spending time with?
We're building that.
Be part of something new
Build a resilient network and foster your growth.
Let the opportunities follow naturally.
